About Van Specialties
Van Specialties sits in Tualatin and has been doing custom van work around Portland since 1973. They build out Sprinters and other vans, handle interiors, upfitting, suspension, wheels and tires, lighting, bumpers, and rear door accessories. Parts and service are both on site, and they also do delivery. Reviewers tend to focus on the builds and the people. One drove from Hawaii for window and seat installs finished in a day. Others mention detailed quotes before buying a van, and several compare them favorably on price and build time against shops in Oregon and beyond. Repeat customers come back for upgrades years after the original build. Repair talk shows up too: Webasto heater fixes, an inverter diagnosed and repaired the same day, brake controllers and running boards. People describe kind staff, craftspeople who hit their dates, and honest communication. The rating sits at 4.7 across 67 Google reviews.
