About Cascade RV
Cascade RV is a family-owned dealer in Tualatin that focuses on light recreational vehicles: tent trailers, travel trailers, and truck campers. Reviewers often mention the owner by name, describing him as knowledgeable and accommodating. One couple showed up 15 minutes before closing and still got a full walkthrough of the trailers they wanted to see. The lot is smaller than the big-box dealerships, and one reviewer notes it doesn't have the service center and detailing operation larger organizations provide. But the buying process gets consistent praise. Paperwork is ready when you arrive, and staff can supply accessories and hitch extensions so you can camp that night. Several reviews mention no-pressure sales and fair deals. Financing, trade-ins, delivery, and a service department are all part of the operation. Not every review is glowing. One customer described a text exchange with a sales rep that turned condescending after a trade-in issue. Most of the 70 Google reviews land positive, with a 4.7 average.
