Read the low-star reviews closely at each; patterns there tell you more than the average does.
What to check on a used lot
Used inventory here leans toward travel trailers, so bring a flashlight and get on the roof. Look at the ceiling inside for water stains and feel the floor around the slides. Ask for the tire date codes, not just the tread. Get a pre-purchase inspection from an independent tech before you sign anything, and walk the whole coach with the service department during delivery. Financing is offered at all three stores, but a pre-approval from your own bank gives you a number to compare against.
Timing and the drive
Off-season shopping tends to favor the buyer, and late fall or winter is when lots get motivated on last year's trades. London is an easy run off I-75, so it pulls shoppers from Corbin, Somerset, Mount Vernon and Williamsburg. Call ahead and confirm the specific unit is still on the lot; used stock moves. Ask whether the price includes the walk-through and a full tank of propane. If a deal feels rushed, walk away. I have done it twice and never regretted it.
