What to inspect
Used motorhomes are the bulk of what you'll see here, and two of the three dealers sell them. Ask for maintenance records and check tire date codes, roof seams and house battery age. A pre-purchase inspection by an independent RV tech is money well spent even on a newer unit. At Camping World and Day Bros, confirm the walk-through includes hooking up water and power and testing every appliance. Financing is available at two of the three, but a pre-approval from your own bank gives you a clean comparison. Service departments at all three mean you can keep maintenance local after the sale.
