About Warner Auto and RV Center, llc

Warner Auto and RV Center is a family-owned lot on the Kennewick side of the Tri-Cities, selling new Keystone Outbacks, used RVs and trucks. The owners keep overhead low and say that's how they price things lower. No-pressure sales comes up a lot in what people write. Reviewers tend to name the same people. One shopper said the staff steered them toward a cheaper camper that fit how they planned to use it instead of upselling. Another wrote that the owner drove to Portland to find trucks after a customer didn't see one they liked. The service side gets credit too: a technician diagnosed and fixed a problem fast, and a mobile call fixed a leaking roof at a rate the customer called competitive. That service focus shows up in the small stuff. After installing a 5th wheel hitch, the crew hand washed the customer's truck. Another reviewer mentioned a new water heater install done quick and friendly. The lot sells trailers and tow vehicles in one place, which helps if you're starting from scratch. Call ahead for hours.
