About Horn Rapids RV Service & Sales, Inc.
Horn Rapids RV Service & Sales sits in Richland and draws buyers from across the Tri-Cities and out-of-state. The lot carries new and used travel trailers, fifth wheels, motorhomes, toy haulers and truck campers, with financing, parts and consignment on site. It is the only ATC all-aluminum trailer dealer in Washington. Jim Godfrey founded the family-run business in 2018 after 30-plus years in the industry, and several family members work there. The service side handles repairs, maintenance, insurance and warranty work, and reviewers mention hitch setup, generator overhauls, solar installs and body and paint jobs. RVTI- and RVDA-certified techs staff the shop, and reviews say they take on jobs other places turn down. One customer with a broken sewer line got squeezed in during a busy season. Sales reviews point to a low-pressure process, fair pricing and a thorough walkthrough before you drive off. People also note patience with financing delays and a willingness to add equipment like a second AC. The owner gets credit for calling back fast when something goes wrong.
