About Transwest Truck Trailer RV of Fountain
Transwest Truck Trailer RV of Fountain is a truck dealer that also sells trailers and RVs. The Google category is truck dealer, and reviewers mention the parts department and service bays. One customer praised a sales rep named Tony Martinez for staying in touch and not pressuring them during a Sprinter van purchase. Another said Patrick Martin in parts spent real time tracking down a hard-to-find part for a cargo trailer. Service is a big part of what people write about. Reviews cover transmission repair, diagnosing problems, troubleshooting and coolant leak repair. One RVer broke down on a trip and said Transwest sent a tow and got them back on the road. Others were less happy. A couple of reviews mention steep labor rates and big bills for repairs, so it helps to ask for an estimate up front. If you have pets, one reviewer said you will be asked to wait outside. The lot is wheelchair accessible and there is parking. Hours are posted. Call ahead if you need a specific part or want to know what is on the lot.
