About Springdale RV
Springdale RV has been a family owned shop on the northwest Arkansas scene since 1983, and the staff gets called friendly over and over in reviews. That is the note that comes up most, along with people mentioning Ronnie and his wife walking them through a camper purchase so they left knowing how everything worked. The lot covers sales, parts, service and propane, and the shop says it is the oldest RV repair center in the region. Reviews also touch on the selection and on staff who answer the phone and keep you informed. One broken wet bolt on a Jayco turned into a same-day save before a trip. Another reviewer brought an A/C repair back over a leak and got worked in that day. It is not all smooth. A fifth wheel repair drew a complaint about a month-long stay and problems found after pickup. Worth a look before you buy or book service.
