About Moix RV - McGaugh Outpost
Moix RV - McGaugh Outpost sits in Springdale and handles new and used RVs, including motorhomes and travel trailers. The lot also does financing, trade-ins, consignment, delivery, and has a parts and service department. Reviewers often mention the parts department, and several say sales felt low pressure. One shopper traded a trailer for a smaller one and praised Jonathan, Jerry, and Bobby by name, adding that Danny walked them through how everything worked. Another called it the only place they would buy a camper, citing service from first visit through delivery. A different reviewer noted the lowest price and best-kept condition camper they found nearby. Not every visit went well. One buyer described poor communication and a salesperson who called a camper very clean when it was not. A service customer said the single advisor was hard to reach and slow to return calls. Ratings land at 4.4 across 235 reviews.

What buyers mention
“Its not often I give five start reviews but this is one of those places that deserves 10 Stars. Absolutely the best service from our first encounter, through delivery and service to get us on the road.” – Jim W., 5 years ago, on Google
“I'll start by saying this, I am not an easy customer to please. Some would call me a stickler when it comes to paying the "Asking price"...” – Brandon D., 5 months ago, on Google
“Traded in my trailer for a smaller one. It was a pleasure to meet and conduct business with Jerry, Bobby and especially Jonathan who was more like a friend than a sales person.” – Bob J., 5 months ago, on Google
