About Parris RV Payson
Parris RV sits in Payson and sells new and used RVs, from travel trailers and fifth wheels to toy haulers, tent trailers and Class B and C motorhomes. It is part of a small chain with other lots in Murray and Pocatello, so the Payson store covers buyers from Provo, Orem, Lehi and the towns around them. Reviewers tend to bring up two things: the sales staff and the finance office. Several describe working with salespeople by name and say they were not pushy, answered questions over text and checked the units themselves. A few mention driving long distances to buy here. The finance department comes up often too, and buyers call the pricing transparent with no surprise fees. The service side gets mixed feedback. One reviewer had a new trailer sit for 30 days on a warranty visit and left frustrated. Others write about the parts department and hitch installation in positive terms. The store handles financing, service and parts on site, and the entrance and lot are wheelchair accessible.
