About Neal's RV Center
Neal's RV Center sits in Orem, Utah, and sells travel trailers and fifth wheels. It's a family-owned lot, and that comes up again and again in what people write about it. Mike and Dawn are the names you'll see most in reviews, usually for walking buyers through options without pushing. A lot of the feedback centers on the buying process itself: trailer walkthroughs, warranty work, hitch installation, and winterization. Reviewers describe the staff as knowledgeable and patient, including people who came from out of state and had a few things to sort out. One repeat buyer called the purchase easy and said no one pressured them. Shoppers have mentioned travel trailers in particular, and some drove to several other dealerships before coming back here. The 4.7 rating across 301 reviews suggests most visits end well. The lot is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking.
