About Park Models Direct
Park Models Direct sells manufactured and park model homes factory-direct, and has been doing it since 1999. The Woodburn location is one of 19 model centers the company runs around the country. They've delivered over 20,000 homes. Reviews are mixed on the sales experience. One reviewer drove down from Seattle on a Saturday and found only one model open, since the manufacturing side is shut on weekends, and wished someone had mentioned that when the appointment was booked. Others had a better time: staff who showed exactly what they came for and walked them through the process, a salesperson named Brandon who shifted his schedule to meet, and upfront straightforward pricing from John. A couple of reviewers note the sales office and the factory are separate operations, so once the order goes in you deal with the factory. Delivery is one of the things they mention offering. Call ahead about weekday visits if you want to walk more than a single model.
