About Highway Trailer Sales & Service
Highway Trailer Sales & Service sits in Salem and handles new and used trailer sales, plus service and parts under one roof. Reviewers keep mentioning the selection of travel trailers and fifth wheels, and a fair number of them drove hours to shop here rather than closer to home. The sales style comes up again and again in reviews. People describe walking in without being pushed toward a purchase, and several say staff answered a long list of questions patiently. Kind staff is one of the most common notes, along with a salesman named Raul and another named Nathan who get called out by name. First-time buyers and single shoppers both wrote that they felt supported rather than talked into something. Financing and delivery are part of what they offer, and there is a service department and parts counter for after the sale. The building has wheelchair accessible entrance, parking and restroom. Worth a stop if you are weighing a trailer purchase around Salem.
