About Outside Van
Outside Van is a van builder and dealer on the Portland side, making custom and pre-built adventure vans and overland upfits. They also run a service and repair shop for camper vans, so a van bought here can come back here. Reviewers tend to talk about build quality and durability, with one owner reporting 33,000 miles, rough rocky roads included, and the van holding up like new. Others mention communication and support, including help on a used van bought elsewhere. It is not all praise: one reviewer had warranty trouble early on and wrote about it at length. They have been building since 2007 and serve customers well beyond Oregon. Delivery and service come up in what they offer. Worth a look if you want a camper van built around how you actually travel, not a stock floorplan.
