About Highland Ridge RV, Inc.
Highland Ridge RV in Shipshewana, Indiana, is both an RV dealer and a trailer manufacturer. The company builds travel trailers and fifth wheels under the Open Range and Mesa Ridge names. Owners online talk up the brand, and several reviewers say the rigs are well built for the price. Reviews are mixed. Some buyers praise the staff as polite, knowledgeable, and accommodating, even when they arrived near closing time. Others describe leaks and water damage in the back storage area, with warranties that did not help. One reviewer felt stuck with a ruined floor and walls. People also mention the factory and dealer relations, along with the layout of smaller models. A 20-foot travel trailer with a walk-around queen bed got a nod for spacing. Towing comes up too, with one owner noting an anti-sway bar. If you are shopping, read the reviews for yourself and ask about leak history before you commit.
