About Forest River, Inc. Bldg.10 - Coachmen RV
Coachmen RV is a division of Forest River with its main plant in Middlebury, Indiana. The site covers close to 220 acres, with more than 23 acres under roof. It works as both a manufacturer and an RV dealer, and it sells new travel trailers. A parts department is on site too. The Google score sits at 3.2 from 214 reviews, and the feedback runs both ways. Several owners mention getting help after the sale, naming service and marketing staff who answered calls and set up a facility tour. Others describe quality control problems on new campers, like dead interior lights, chipped cabinet wood, and backup camera wiring that was never hooked up. Warranty work and camper quality come up often in the reviews. A common thread in the negative ones: inspect closely before you sign. Some buyers found small defects after getting a new unit home. If you want a build slot or service visit, the site has posted hours and asks for an appointment.
