Good Sam TravelAssist

About Good Sam TravelAssist

This Englewood office handles Good Sam TravelAssist, the membership side that steps in during a medical emergency on the road. It coordinates care and return services and works to cut out-of-pocket costs for certain medical services, whatever way you travel. It's also listed as a dealer, repair shop and supply store, though the reviews here mostly talk about the membership and assistance side. Across 193 Google reviews and a 4.7 rating, people keep coming back to the staff. Many mention representatives by name who spotted billing problems, explained plans clearly and answered a long list of questions without rushing. Several say they called to cancel and kept their membership after learning what it actually covered. Not every story ends well. One reviewer broke down near Taos and spent a long stretch on the phone trying to explain the situation from a spot with no cell coverage. Worth reading the roadside assistance reviews yourself before you commit. The entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible.
