About Good Sam Club
Good Sam sits in Englewood, Colorado, where it runs membership clubs and subscription products for RV owners and other outdoor types. The Google listing also tags it as an RV repair shop and supply store, and the company describes itself as serving members across the US and Canada. Most of what people write about is the roadside assistance line, which has drawn thousands of reviews. Plenty of callers single out helpful reps by name and thank them for walking through plan levels before a trip. Plenty of others describe long waits on the shoulder of the road, cases passed between agents, and frustration over auto renewals and refunds that did not go their way. The pattern in the reviews is that the sales and signup calls tend to go well, and the trouble shows up later, at billing or when a tow is actually needed. Reading both kinds before you commit is worth the time.
