About Explorer Van Company
Explorer Van Company in Warsaw, Indiana, builds custom conversion vans and sells new and used models. They also handle service, parts, and delivery, and they're a Ford and GMC dealer too. Reviewers often mention the comfort of the conversion vans, with soft leather reclining seats and a ride that feels more like a car than a truck. Many are repeat buyers, and a few note that the customization process is worth a tour. People also call out staff like Tracy and Ross for being welcoming and informative, especially when they dropped in without an appointment. Not every review is positive. Some mention trouble getting replacement parts, and there are complaints about return policies and shipping costs on small items. The shop has a 3.6-star average from 72 Google reviews, so it's worth reading a few before you go.
