About Thor Motor Coach - Plant 850 (Wakarusa)
Thor Motor Coach's Plant 850 in Wakarusa, Indiana, is a factory and dealership where you can tour the production line and see motorhomes being built. Reviewers often mention the factory tour, with one visitor praising guide David for being informative and friendly. The plant also has a parts department and offers delivery. Reviews are mixed. Some owners report serious problems with their RVs, from plumbing issues to slide-out seals, and feel warranty support fell short. Others had better experiences, especially when working with staff like Tammy, BJ, and Tim, who fixed multiple issues quickly and kept them informed. Delivery drivers also note polite staff at the guard shack. If you're considering a Thor motorhome, reading recent owner reviews and taking the factory tour could help you decide.
