About Crossroads RV
Crossroads RV is a manufacturer in Topeka, Indiana, building travel trailers, fifth wheels, and destination trailers. It also shows up as an RV dealer, and the service and delivery side gets mentioned. That combination means you can talk to the people who build the units, not just a sales lot. The Redwood line draws most of the attention in reviews, and not in a good way. Owners of 2021 and 2022 fifth wheels describe fit and finish problems, trim and floors that need fixing, and a refrigerator or water filter left undone. One 2015 owner lists repeated repairs and says the company was slow to respond when help was needed on the road. The place is a 3.8 across 30 Google reviews, so a mix. Read the Redwood threads closely before you commit to a floor plan, and ask how the service side handles warranty work after delivery.
