About Affordable RVs
Affordable RVs sits in Auburn, just off I-80, and has been family owned and operated since 1996. Sales, rentals and service each have their own building. The lot covers new and used motorhomes and travel trailers, plus trailer and motorhome rentals. Financing and consignment are part of the mix too. The service side gets most of the talk in reviews. People mention wiring fixes and warranty items handled, oil changes done right, and turnaround that beats the estimate. One reviewer expected two weeks and got the rig back in about eight days. Another came in for a Rockwood travel trailer and had plumbing and electrical work back in a few days. Staff come up often for being friendly and efficient, and technicians for walking customers through what was done. Many employees have 10 to 30 years in the RV business, and the shop takes factory warranties, extended warranties and insurance repair work. Reviewers also mention parts ordering and solar panel work. It's worth a stop if you're shopping or need work done.

What renters mention
“Affordable RV Rentals was recommended by my RV storage company where I keep my class C at, so I scheduled some easy fixes to check things out as I have had some pretty bad experiences in the past with other RV shops.” – Michael T., 7 months ago, on Google
“Affordable RV solved my problems! I bought my RV in 2023 and had electrical problems from the beginning. I've had several people look at it, but had no solutions. I've taken it into for repair six times.” – Susan L., 2 months ago, on Google
“10/31/25: Second visit and was just as positive as the first one. Brought in my Rockwood TT for plumbing and electrical issues. Was expecting it back in a few weeks at best and they turned it around in just a few days. Impressive for sure.” – Henry N., Edited 11 months ago, on Google
