Where to start
GoGo Rental is the clear standout for selection and service, with a 4.8 rating from 458 reviews and both motorhome and travel trailer inventory. They also offer delivery, which is handy if you are new to towing. Sunland Sales Rv is smaller, with just 16 reviews and a 4.4 rating, but they have a service department. Steeds RV has a 3.3 rating from 44 reviews and carries new and used trailers plus motorhomes, with financing and service on site. If you want the easiest buying experience, start with GoGo. If you need service after the sale, Sunland and Steeds both have shops.
What to check before you go
Call ahead to confirm the exact trailer you want is still on the lot; inventory moves quickly. Ask for the tire date codes and check them yourself when you arrive. On a used trailer, look at the roof seams and the floor around the toilet and shower for soft spots. Get a pre-purchase inspection from an independent RV tech, even on a new unit. At delivery, do a full walk-through with everything connected: water, power, slides, awning, and appliances. Record it on your phone. And get financing pre-approval from your own bank before you talk numbers at the dealership.
Timing your visit
Glendale summers are hot, so shopping in the off-season often means more attention from sales staff and better odds on pricing. The dealers here are spread out, so plan your route. GoGo Rental is a good first stop for a broad look, then Sunland Sales Rv for a smaller, service-oriented feel. Steeds RV is worth a visit if you want to compare new and used side by side. Check each dealer's website for current hours and inventory before you drive. And leave time for a second visit before you sign anything.
