The lot with the volume
CAMP EZ RV is the anchor here: 4.9 stars from 636 reviews, which is a lot of feedback for a town this size. It carries new and used, motorhomes and travel trailers, and runs service, parts, consignment and delivery. That combination matters when you are buying. Delivery means you may not have to arrange a tow for a first rig, and consignment means the used side turns over with trade-ins. Get a pre-purchase inspection anyway, even on a lot with this reputation. Reviews tell you about the sales desk, not the roof seals.
Smaller shops, different strengths
T & S RV and Sport runs a mobile service arm alongside new and used travel trailers, plus financing and parts, at 4.8 stars across 113 reviews. If you plan to camp around Lake Livingston, a dealer who will come to you is worth knowing. Aarmco Auto & RV Sales offers financing at 4.6 stars from 70 reviews. RV World of Texas, 4.2 stars from 141 reviews, sells used travel trailers and runs service and parts, so it can handle the after-sale work. All State Recreational shows a perfect 5.0 but only two reviews, so treat that number lightly until you have walked the lot.
Buying used around the lakes
Three of the five dealers here list used units, and in a lake and retirement market that usually means well-kept trade-ins rather than beaters. Ask how the trailer was stored. Central Texas sun and humidity are hard on roofs and slide seals, and a rig kept under cover is worth more than one parked in the open. Off-season shopping tends to favor buyers, so late fall is a reasonable time to make offers. Get pre-approved by your own bank before you sit down at the desk. Financing is offered at two of these lots, but compare the terms.

Yes. Two of the five Livingston dealers offer financing, including T & S RV and Sport and Aarmco Auto & RV Sales. It still pays to get pre-approved by your own bank or credit union first so you can compare the rate the dealer quotes.
What should I check before buying a used RV near Lake Livingston?
