About Winnebago / Country Coach Factory Service Center
This is the factory service center in Junction City, Oregon, for Winnebago and Country Coach motorhomes. It's a service-focused shop, not a sales lot. Reviewers consistently mention responsiveness. One owner of a 2018 Navion got in quickly when their infotainment center died, and another with a 2005 Country Coach Magna had a replacement gearbox sent out. The shop foreman and technicians get named for being easy to work with and explaining things without sales talk. The techs used to build Winnebagos at the factory, according to one review, and customers say the place is well organized. Several mention driving a long distance and calling it the best decision. It's the only place one owner will take their motorhome.
