About Velocity Truck Centers
Velocity Truck Centers on the Chandler side handles commercial trucks and motorhomes under one roof. It's an authorized dealer for Freightliner, Western Star, Rizon and Renegade RV, and Autocar trucks, so the lot leans toward buyers who tow or haul for a living. Reviews are mixed. The 3.5 rating across 407 reviews fits a shop where some people get quick help and others don't. Several reviewers mention long waits and slow updates, with trucks sitting days before anyone diagnosed the problem. One customer waited hours for a simple oil change, then more time at the counter to pay. The better stories are about parts. A motorhome owner needed an exhaust pipe and had it ordered and ready the next day, and called the counter staff friendly and the shop clean. Financing and a parts department are both available, and the entrance and lot are wheelchair accessible. If you're shopping, the Renegade and Freightliner inventory is the reason to stop in.
