About Upstate RV Center
Upstate RV Center sits in Malta, New York, and handles both sides of RV ownership: sales of motorhomes and travel trailers, plus a service and parts shop. Google reviewers give it 4.2 stars across 64 reviews, and the split is real. Some buyers describe detailed walkthroughs at pickup, including help hooking a trailer to a tow vehicle. Service comes up often in reviews, and inspection is the topic people mention most. One buyer needed a New York State inspection and got in the next day after being told elsewhere it would take weeks. Others write about trailer work and awning repair getting sorted before pickup. Staff courtesy and patience with questions show up in the positive reviews too. Not everyone leaves happy. A few reviewers describe disagreements over pay for repair work that did not fix the problem, and one caller felt brushed off when asking about damage before a long drive. Read the reviews yourself and ask specific questions about the unit you want. The lot has wheelchair accessible parking and an accessible entrance.
