About Universal Marine & RV
Universal Marine & RV is a Rochester dealership that sells new and used RVs, along with boats and powersports vehicles. They also handle service, parts, and financing on site. With a 3.8-star average from 202 reviews, the experience seems to depend on who you work with and what you need. Reviewers often mention financing and communication. Some say the sales process was easy and staff were kind, and one shopper appreciated the no-pressure approach from a salesperson named David. Others had a tougher time, especially with service communication and repair timelines. The lot handles more than RVs, including fiberglass repair and boat service, so it may be worth a visit if you want a dealer that covers multiple types of vehicles. As with any dealership, check the details that matter to you before you commit.

“Our salesman herb was very informative courteous and friendly. He talked to us about our needs and what we wanted in an RV rather than what he wanted to sell us.” – Johannes M., 6 years ago, on Google
