About Twin Cities South Trailers
Twin Cities South Trailers in Pilot Point sells and services trailers of all kinds, from horse and livestock to cargo and toy haulers. They've been at it over 30 years, stock more than 200 new and used units, and are authorized for Featherlite, Haulmark, and Sundowner. Reviews are mixed. Several buyers praise the staff, including a salesman named David and another named Seth, for answering questions and getting trailers delivered out of state. One customer drove from East Tennessee and said every employee helped get them on the road happy. Others mention a straightforward buying experience and a trailer that matched the photos. Not everyone leaves satisfied. Some reviewers describe poor communication and a lack of professionalism, especially around service work and trade-in talks. One said they would not recommend the place after a service visit. The lot has parts and service on site, and the staff is available six days a week. It's a volume dealer, so selection is the draw, but read the reviews and ask questions before you commit.
