About Tri-County RV
Tri-County RV is a family business in Mossville, Illinois, selling new motorhomes and servicing what they sell. Reviewers often mention how helpful the staff is, and several note that the cost of repairs came in lower than they expected. One traveler passing through had a refrigerator problem, called ahead, and was back on the road in about half an hour. Others have had vent covers replaced after a storm and water leaks fixed on short notice, with the gentleman who runs the store described as friendly and accommodating. Not every review is positive. One person called the staff rude and said friends who bought a large motorhome were told to take it elsewhere for work. It is worth reading through the reviews before you go. The lot is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking.
