Trailside RV Kansas City

About Trailside RV Kansas City

Trailside RV sits in Grain Valley, just east of Kansas City, and carries new and used units with travel trailers as the main draw. The lot represents Jayco, which named it a Top Camping Trailer Dealer, along with Keystone brands like Alpine, Avalanche, Sprinter, Passport, Hideout, Fuzion and Impact toy haulers, and Reign. Financing and a parts department are both on site. Reviewers tend to bring up two things. First is the sales approach: several describe it as no pressure, with salespeople who answer questions and stay inside a stated budget. Second is the walkthrough, which customers call thorough, sometimes running over an hour. Financing comes up often too, and more than one reviewer noted the advertised price doesn't jump if you pay cash. There's a service side as well, and reviewers mention warranty work and repair jobs getting handled, including one customer whose RV was damaged by a fallen tree trunk. People also stop in for the parts department. At 4.4 stars across 402 Google reviews, the feedback leans positive, with staff named by customers for being helpful and welcoming. The entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible. Hours are posted, so check them before you drive out.
