About Trailers & Hitches Inc
Trailers & Hitches Inc has been selling RVs and trailers in Augusta for more than two decades. It's a family-run lot with no commissioned sales staff and no hidden dealer fees, according to the owner. They carry travel trailers and fifth wheels along with enclosed and open trailers in various sizes. Reviewers often mention the no-pressure buying experience. One first-time fifth wheel buyer said the crew answered every question without pushing. Another drove from Colorado for a Rockwood because the price was reasonable, and was back on the road in about an hour. Several people called out Brad by name for fitting them in same-day for hitch work and walking them through the install. The shop also does work trailer repair. A traveler on a cross-country trip got an emergency weight distribution hitch install and said the techs explained everything as they worked. Others note that units get a full systems check before delivery, and that staff take time to go over questions after the sale. With a 4.6 rating across 114 reviews, the place has a steady record.
