About Tom's RV Service & Sales
Tom's RV Service & Sales is an RV dealer and repair shop on the Albuquerque side of things, and the reviews suggest the repair side gets most of the attention. Motorhomes and travel trailers both come through here. Electric work comes up often in reviews, along with towing problems. One customer had a wiring issue fixed the same day without an appointment. Another got help with a generator over the phone. People also mention diagnosis, welding, lift kits, hitch setup and leak checks. The shop handles brake systems as an authorized SMI dealer, plus body damage, plumbing and heating. Not every review is glowing. One owner waited over two months on slide adjustments and said the communication was thin and the quote wasn't honored. Others praise Tom and Andrew by name for being welcoming and fair on price. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you go.
