About Tiny Life Homes
Tiny Life Homes is an RV dealer on the Franklin, NC side of the tiny home market. They sell HUD-coded manufactured homes built to federal standards and ANSI A119.5 park model RVs, and they opened in 2022. The lot is set up so you can walk through the homes before you buy, which reviewers say is worth doing. The reviews land at 4.2 stars across 130 of them. People tend to mention the tiny homes themselves, the layouts and floorplans, and the selection of cottages. Staff come up as efficient and not pushy, and one reviewer called out JD by name for being friendly and patient on a first visit. Others describe white glove inspections where the team went through the unit, flagged issues, and followed up with the manufacturer. Not everyone left happy. At least one buyer wrote about a delivery that got rescheduled three times, and warned others to be careful. Options on the build side include exterior choices, paint inside and out, storage, and window blinds. Delivery is available. If you want the full picture, read the reviews yourself before you make the drive.
