About Thompsons auto and RV sales
Thompsons Auto and RV Sales is a used camper lot in Manning, South Carolina. It's a small operation, and the reviews show it. The positive ones are steady. Buyers describe the owner as straight with them and say he didn't try to hide anything. People mention getting a good price and a smooth, easy deal. One couple drove four hours to look at a camper and left happy. Another buyer said the staff took time to walk through how everything works. Then there are the rough ones. A couple of buyers said their campers were sold as ready to camp but needed real work: resealed roofs, slide-out floors replaced, a propane regulator swapped, upholstery replaced, plumbing hooked up, a hot water heater fixed. One put the repairs at about 4k on top of a 10k camper. If you go, check the slideouts, the seals, and the water and propane systems before you sign.
