About Thompson RV Inc
Thompson RV sits in Pendleton, and people drive a long way to get here. One reviewer came from New Jersey, another from Georgia, and a third passed two closer dealers to make the six hour trip. The reason usually comes back to the same thing: the staff knows the product and answers questions without pushing. The lot leans heavily on new Outdoors RV trailers, and the business calls itself the top Outdoors RV retailer in the country. Used trailers show up too, including a Jayco Baja one customer bought for far less than the Outdoors models. There is a parts and supply department on site, and delivery gets mentioned often in reviews. It has been family run since 1953, and reviewers notice. They describe kind staff, a thorough walkthrough at pickup, and salespeople who let you think. Pricing comes up a lot in feedback, sometimes as a point of debate. Ratings sit at 4.6 across 253 Google reviews.
