About Thomas RV
Thomas RV is an RV dealer on the lot in Searcy, Arkansas, selling new Heartland units plus a large used inventory that turns over often. Parts and delivery are part of the deal, and the place also shows up as a used car dealer. If you are weighing a travel trailer against a motorhome, the used side is where most of the talk centers. Reviewers bring up the selection and the deals a lot, and a steady stream of them call the staff kind and easy to work with. One buyer said the team fixed a few small things after a trip and went above and beyond. Rick and Cody come up by name in the positive reviews. Honesty is another theme, with one repeat customer saying he trusts Rick and would buy again. Not every review is warm. A few complaints are serious, including a camper sold with the wrong year and a refund dispute. Read the reviews yourself before you go.
