About Sunset RV
Sunset RV is an RV dealer in Forest Grove, Oregon, selling motorhomes and travel trailers. They also handle service, repair, and trade-ins. The shop has a 4.2-star rating from 102 Google reviews, and the feedback splits between sales and service. On the sales side, reviewers often mention Steve by name. They describe him as honest and up front, and several note there was no high-pressure sales pitch. One customer said the staff spent three hours walking them through their new trailer and even took a test drive to make sure they felt safe. Another appreciated the follow-up after the sale. Service reviews are more mixed. Some praise the thorough explanations and quick work on electrical issues. Others had repeat problems with leaks and were frustrated by the communication.
