About Sprinter of Hoffman Estates - Van Center
Sprinter of Hoffman Estates is a Mercedes-Benz store on the van side, and that includes Class B RVs. The Midwest Automotive Designs lineup sits here: Luxe Cruiser, Passage Class B, Athletic Series team vans. You will also find OGV conversions and pre-owned vans and trucks. Custom orders are taken. Nationwide delivery is available if you are not local. Reviews on this location sit around 4.1 from about 130 people, and the feedback is a mixed bag. A fair number of the reviews are about the on-site car wash and detail service rather than the vans themselves, which tells you this is a busy multi-service lot. Some buyers describe long repair waits and back-and-forth over a bumper issue; others praise a manager who turned a filthy interior around. Worth knowing before you drive over: the car wash side has drawn complaints about closures without website updates. If you are coming for a van, call ahead and confirm who you need to talk to. The lot is wheelchair accessible.
