About Spencer Janes LLC
Spencer Janes LLC is a veteran-owned shop in Chapel Hill, Tennessee, that handles RV and camper repairs, remodels, winterization, and custom mobile builds. They also sell campers and offer mobile service, so they can come to you if your rig is stuck at a campsite or on the road. Reviewers often mention Carl by name. They describe him as personable and professional, and they talk about quick diagnoses and repairs done on time. Several people note fair pricing and a courteous staff. Others mention specific fixes like water leaks, roof repair, awning repair, and hydraulic landing gear. One camper says Carl picked up and returned their trailer. Another had a slide-out repaired at their campsite, with the crew working through rain. Not every review is positive. One customer felt the repair timeline was not what was promised, so it is worth asking questions up front about scheduling and parts. The shop is wheelchair accessible and has parts and delivery available.
