About Shafer Mobile RV Service & Repair
Shafer Mobile RV Service & Repair is a mobile outfit based in Klamath Falls that also covers Medford. The techs are RVIA/RVDA registered and ASE certified on gas and diesel, and they handle motorhomes and travel trailers. Work ranges from electrical and A/C to brakes, batteries, exhaust and body and trim. They also sell parts and deliver. Reviewers keep mentioning electrical fixes, heater repair and slide-out work. One camper described a Sunday night breakdown with a slide stuck open and no power, and said the tech came through. Another had a leaky toilet valve replaced at their campsite with the right part on hand. A third called after closing and got a callback that evening, with the rig running again by 11 the next morning. Not every review is glowing; one person was unhappy about a refrigerator diagnosis and the quote that followed. Phones are monitored around the clock for emergency roadside calls, and after-hours messages get a return call. Credit cards and cash are accepted.
