About Salem rv
Salem RV is an RV dealer in Salem, Oregon. They sell new and used motorhomes and travel trailers, and they also buy RVs. The lot has a 2.2-star rating from 37 Google reviews. Reviews are a mixed bag. Some buyers had good experiences with Eric, also known as Rick. They say he was up front about the good and bad, never rushed them, and communicated well about repairs. One long-distance buyer from Alaska felt he got them through the paperwork. Others had serious problems. They mention leaks, appliances that didn't work, and promises to fix issues that weren't kept. One reviewer said Rick lied about vehicle condition. Another said a trailer had damage beyond what was reasonable. So go in with your eyes open. Ask for a written agreement on any repairs before you sign. Check everything works, especially the fridge and AC. The dealership offers service, consignment, and delivery, and the entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible.
