About RV Connection
RV Connection on the Wichita Falls lot is open again for sales, service and parts. It handles motorhomes and travel trailers, and the shop side stays busy with fifth wheels and trailer work. Reviewers keep coming back to the repair counter. One had a failed water heater and bathroom faucet sorted out, and said the price was fair and the rig was ready early. Another brought in a horse trailer for solar and an AC unit; the crew added safety features that hadn't been mentioned and kept the install neat. A fifth wheel owner liked the inspection write-up and the lack of pressure to add repairs. Someone else had a refrigerator fixed after another local shop gave up on it, crediting the certified mechanics. Communication comes up often, and so does speed. Repeat customers say they'd return for motorhome work. With 17 reviews and a perfect rating, it's a small place that seems to earn its word of mouth.

“These people were fast and efficient. Great communication from management. Very thorough at noting deficiencies, but no.high pressure sales pitch or charging for extraneous and additional repairs. I will take my fifth wheel to them again.” – Martin R., 5 months ago, on Google
