About Rugby Homes & RV Center
Rugby Homes & RV Center sits in Williston and sells new and used RVs, travel trailers and fifth wheels, plus mobile and modular homes. It's a Jayco dealer, and the lot also runs a parts counter and a service department. Reviews land around 4.2 stars from 70 people. Several mention Terry and Kevin by name and describe kind, patient staff, including one first-time camper who got a walkthrough on how everything works. Others talk about warranty work, a trade-in that came with a free appliance check, and a same-day awning fix. The complaints tend to be about follow-up, with at least one buyer saying calls and emails went unanswered. Service is the thread that runs through most of it, from small repairs to getting a camper ready for the season. The building has a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot.
