About Rona RV
Rona RV is a family-owned dealer and repair shop on the Pataskala side of things, east of Columbus. They sell new and used travel trailers and campers, and they also run a service and parts side for trailers of all kinds. Financing and trade-ins are part of the deal too. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. Three generations of the same family work the lot, and several customers mention being greeted personally and getting to know the staff. Daniel, a salesman there, comes up often for being patient and not pushy, and one shopper who found a unit online said he called back right away. Others describe the buying process as simple, with finance handled quickly. The lot is wheelchair accessible, and they take online inquiries if you spot something before you drive out.
