About Ron Hoover RV & Marine of West Houston
This Katy lot sells new and used RVs and boats, and it's been family-owned since 1987. The lineup covers travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers and motorhomes, plus bay, deck, pontoon and offshore boats. Financing, parts, trade-ins and delivery are all handled on site. Reviewers tend to mention staff by name. Several say a salesperson listened and found the right travel trailer fast, and one called a staffer their go-to expert for every question. The finance department gets plenty of mentions too, some praising a reworked deal on pickup day, some unhappy with how financing went. A few reviewers describe bait and switch. At 4.4 stars across 1,010 Google reviews, it draws a steady crowd. Service writers come up for warranty work and awning repair, and the parts department gets its own share of comments. The building has a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot.

What renters mention
“I looked everywhere for an RV. Literally from Katy all the way to Dayton. Drove all over the place, just knocking down my credit score several times to just get turned down after places "promised" they could make it happen.” – Natalie, Edited 9 months ago, on Google
“From the moment we walked through the doors, we were welcomed like family! Alethia (Sales) is super sweet, she listened to what we wanted and went above and beyond to find the perfect travel trailer for us.” – Melanie J., 11 months ago, on Google
“Hello All! I was the quintessential 50-something with no travel trailer experience but for years dreamed of the freedom of traveling and being in nature with my wife and our dogs.” – Scott S., 2 months ago, on Google
