About Roberson RV Center
Roberson RV Center on the lot in Salem sells motorhomes and travel trailers, and runs a service bay and parts counter behind the sales floor. Reviewers mention Jayco motorhomes and a trailer selection that gave them plenty to walk through. Service is a big part of the story here. People write about warranty work, roof inspections, leak repair, and quick fixes. The parts department comes up too. The lot is wheelchair accessible, with parking and an entrance that work for folks who need it. Reviews run both ways. Some praise a salesperson named Gage for being knowledgeable and not pushy, and one owner said they'd recommend the place to anyone starting out. Others describe problems after delivery, including a walkthrough where the tech couldn't confirm the water heater setting, and a trade-in payoff that a customer says was never verified with the bank. A few service customers felt shortchanged on roof and winterization work. The 4.2 rating across 366 reviews fits that mix: good days and some rough ones.
