About Road Trip Camping
Road Trip Camping is a family-owned RV dealer in Orange, Virginia, that focuses on small, compact, lightweight campers. They carry independent manufacturers only, not the big corporate brands, so you'll see names like inTech and Bean on the lot. Reviewers often mention the no-pressure approach. Multiple people say they never felt upsold, and several note the team's knowledge, especially around trailer camping and towing setups. The service department gets shout-outs for custom work: lithium battery installs, solar, brake controllers, and other add-ons. One reviewer drove over six hours from Ohio for repairs and customizations. It's a smaller operation, so expect a casual vibe and staff who take time with first-time buyers. The shop also handles parts and delivery. If you're moving up from tent camping or want a light trailer you can tow easily, this is the kind of lot to stop by. Call ahead to confirm hours and inventory.
