About Princess Craft RV
Princess Craft RV sits in Katy and specializes in drivables, lightweight towables and truck campers, with new and used units and rentals on the lot. There's a service shop that handles all types of RV repair and a parts department for trip gear. Financing, trade-ins and delivery come up as options. Reviewers keep naming the sales staff. Lucas gets credit for spending hours showing trailers, answering questions and not pushing a hard sell. Susan is called kind and knowledgeable, and one buyer said the GM stepped in to sort out snags. Jimmy drew praise for responsiveness before a purchase, and the wider staff gets called accommodating and patient. It's not spotless feedback. One reviewer mentioned delays getting their unit and a fridge question that wasn't checked as asked. Warranty work and regular maintenance come up in reviews, so the shop side gets attention too. The lot is wheelchair accessible, and the business identifies as women-owned.
