About Park Models Direct
Park Models Direct sells manufactured park model homes out of its Ocala location, part of a company founded in 1999 in Phoenix that now runs factory-located model centers around the country. The business model is factory-direct, and the company says it has delivered more than 20,000 homes to buyers over the years. Delivery is part of what they offer. Reviews are few, just four on Google, but most of them are positive. People mention a low-pressure first visit where staff shared information without pushing a sale, and one buyer described being treated like family through the purchase and delivery of a new home. The staff gets called friendly and knowledgeable. One reviewer had a rougher time, finding no one on site and most of the models locked. Worth knowing if you plan to stop in. The lot has wheelchair accessible parking and an accessible entrance, and it is not open around the clock, so check the hours before you drive over.
